Law enforcement clears suspicious package in Liberty Hill
LIBERTY HILL, Texas - Law enforcement has removed a suspicious package in Liberty Hill and cleared the scene, says the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
Law enforcement responded to the 1000 block of San Gabriel River Ranch Road and evacuated the immediate area around 10:30 a.m. August 2.
Austin Police's Bomb Squad was called in to response.

WCSO says there is no threat to the public.
A joint investigation is underway between WCSO's Criminal Investigation Division and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
