State Representative James Talarico discussed his new bill trying to change the process the state uses to redraw districts each decade.

AUSTIN, Texas - A state lawmaker from Round Rock said last year Republicans tried to gerrymander him out of his district.

He moved to Austin to run for reelection and won. Now he is trying to change the process the state uses to redraw districts each decade.
