AUSTIN, Texas - The Travis County Sheriff's Office says that the suspect in a deadly shooting has been located and arrested. 44-year-old Andre Lashon Ross has been charged with murder and his bond has been set at $1,000,000.
Officials say the victim has identified as 38-year-old Marc Allen Shaw.
Ross was arrested after deputies searched for him around the Austins' Colony neighborhood for nearly 12 hours.

Ross was wanted for an incident last night (1/20) at a convenience store in the 12000 block of FM 969 near SH 130 at around 9 p.m. Court documents show that he was there to meet the mother of his children and the man she was in a relationship with, Shaw.
Deputies arrived to the convenience store and found Shaw who had been shot several times. Shaw was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say the woman then called 911 and told police that Ross had requested to meet with her and Shaw.
Court documents state that there was an altercation and that Ross drew a gun and shot at Shaw.
The woman says that after the shooting Ross drove her to her home and then left on foot.
Officials said the incident was confirmed by surveillance video from the convenience store.
