Hutto QB Chase Griffin signs with UCLA

HUTTO, Texas - Hutto quarterback Chase Griffin makes it official and signs with UCLA.

It seems Bruins coach and quarterback guru Chip Kelly was impressed after Griffin did a camp in Los Angeles last year.

UCLA should be a good fit for the Gatorade Texas Player of the Year.

"When a staff wants you and they recruited you and they take a commitment from you, it means that they know that you can make a positive impact on the program," Griffin says. "I know what I'm bringing to the table, I know what UCLA and that staff is bringing to the table and it's a great fit and I'm excited to see the results."
