AUSTIN, Texas - Junior punter Michael Dickson is the latest Texas Longhorn to announce that he is forgoing his senior season and entering the 2018 NFL Draft.
Dickson joins a handful of players who hae left early since the regular season ended but unlike the others, Dickson will play in the Texas Bowl.
The Sydney, Australia native was arguably UT's best player in 2017 winning the Ray Guy Award and picked to be a 1st Team All American.
Dickson, a self proclaimed "proud Texan" averaged more than 48 yards per punt this year.
