'We're making a lot of headway and we're closer than ever to bringing Jennifer home'

Two young children abducted from their foster home were found on the floor of a backseat of a car in Alabama.

A $50,000 reward is being offered to help find a missing 12-year-old Fremont boy swept out to sea. Arunay Pruthi was caught by dangerous surf at Cowell Ranch State Beach south of Half Moon Bay this week.

The family had taken advantage of the MLK holiday's warm weather and headed off to the beach, not realizing the danger of the surf. Waves as high as 15 feet slammed the area where the 7th grader was dragged underneath the waves. 

A pair of men in ski masks broke through a window of a suburban Rochester home, duct-taped a woman and two of her foster children and then fled with two other children: a 5-year-old boy and his 3-year-old sister, police said Tuesday.

The search from air for a missing boy swept into the ocean at a San Mateo County beach Monday afternoon was called off for the night.

The Houston Regional Amber Alert for 3-month-old Anyla Benjamin has been cancelled. Houston Police say the child has been safely located.

As of Jan. 14, the reward to find four-year-old Orrin West and three-year-old Orson West currently stands at $100,000, officials said. The brothers were last seen in the backyard of their Kern County home on Dec. 21.

The Regional Amber Alert for 12-year-old Mackenzie Noel Patterson has been canceled. We're told the missing child's whereabouts have been determined and she is no longer believed to be in danger.
