This week's FOX 7 Friday Football Player of the Week is Johnson running back Kael Hatnot. Hatnot rushed for 219 yards on 29 carries, and six touchdowns in the Jaguars' 42-21 win over Schertz Clemens.

The Johnson Jaguars hosted the Schertz-Clemens Buffaloes in Week 8 of the 2024 Texas high school football season.

This week's FOX 7 Friday Football Player of the Week is Anderson senior wide receiver and TCU commit Ed Small. Small caught 11 passes for 265 yards and three touchdowns in the Trojans' 55-24 win over Hendrickson.
