Barbecue platter for the Fourth of July

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa's executive sous chef Alex Pyser joins Fox 7 Austin to show their barbecue platter on their menu for this year's Fourth of July. The platter he showcased included Texas brisket, smoked sausage, pimento mac and cheese, and jalepeno cornbread.
