Body found at Cheddar Loop apartment complex being investigated as homicide

Travis County Sheriff's deputies responded to a welfare check on December 8 at an apartment complex in the 1800 block of Cheddar Loop. There they found the body of a 36-year-old Joseph Neal with a gunshot wound.
