Austin-Travis County EMS: "There was an uptick in hypothermia cases following winter storm"

Austin-Travis County EMS responded to more than 700 incidents on Wednesday and Thursday due to the winter storm. However, they said there were fewer car crashes and an uptick in hypothermia cases.
