Russia targets Ukraine cities, sea ports as more Ukrainians leave country

The Russian campaign of terror marches on as Ukraine's big cities and vital sea ports are being targeted. 2% of Ukraine's population has already left the country and that tally is expected to continue to rise. FOX's Lauren Blanchard has more from Poland.
