Cousins of Richard Overton reflect on importance of new memorial monument

Sarah and Volma Jr. Overton are cousins of Richard Overton, the legendary World War II veteran. A new memorial monument has been unveiled at the Texas State Cemetery. Sarah and Volma Jr. spoke with FOX 7 about what it means to them for this monument to be finished.
