Uvalde, Texas elementary school shooting: 20 dead, including 18 kids

Twenty people are dead, including 18 children, one teacher, and the suspected gunman following a report of an "active shooter" at Robb Elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, Governor Greg Abbott reported.
