Gov. Abbott and Lt. Gov. Patrick take the oath of office for the 3rd time today

Gov. Abbott took office in 2015 and since then he's dealt with the coronavirus pandemic, the 2021 winter storm that killed 246 people, and the Uvalde massacre as well as other mass shootings.
