Community dining hall reopens after being closed for three years

The Caritas Dining Hall, a community kitchen serving Austin's homeless population, has only served to-go meals since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Today they reopened their kitchen and brought back a sense of community to Austin's unhoused.
