Hays CISD assistant principal charged with DWI, evading arrest

Lehman High School assistant principal Julie Rosales was arrested shortly after midnight on April 7 after a 911 caller reported a vehicle blocking an intersection at Hillside Terrace and I-35. Police say they tried to pull her over but she didn't stop.
