Serial predator given lenient punishment after attacking woman in Austin, critics say

Earlier this week, a judge in Travis County honored a plea deal and sentenced a man to 10 years probation for the aggravated assault of a woman who was out jogging. But that woman isn't his only victim, there were nine others.
