Lawsuit against I-35 expansion dropped

Several groups that sued TxDOT over proposed I-35 expansion projects have dropped the lawsuit, which argued that splitting the project into three sections allowed TxDOT to avoid environmental review. But the groups say they're not stopping the fight.
