TxDOT, Bastrop Co. cut ribbons at new bridges

As Austin explodes in population, so do its surrounding cities and counties, Bastrop County being one of them. Thursday, Bastrop County leadership and TxDOT celebrated the completion of a massive construction project meant to keep you moving on the roads.
