Week 9: Rouse vs Waco University

For week 9 of Central Texas high school football, the Rouse Raiders went 1-9 in 2019. Since then, one of Central Texas's dark horse programs rattled off a pair of double-digit win seasons, and three playoff trips with at least one post season win in each of them.
