Nearly 20-year old cold case solved
The teamwork of several law enforcement officials has solved a nearly two decades old cold case out of Mills County. 41-year-old Jessie Rodriguez was sentenced to 20 years in prison for attempted aggravated assault. Investigators said the break in the case is thanks to new DNA technology.
