Southern Italy's flavors are coming to Austin Thursday night. The Loren Hotel's Nido is hosting "A Taste of Coastal Italian Cuisine, an Intimate Four-Course Dinner." Award-winning chef Derek Simcik is the special guest chef for the dinner. He joins us with one of his dishes.
