Ukraine strikes Russian military target

Ukraine's Air Force says it used a U.S.-made bomb to strike a Russian military target in the Kursk region. FOX's Louis Tomlinson reports that the tides appear to be turning and Ukraine is on the offensive, not much has been said from the Biden administration.
