Noel Rodriguez Alvarez: 2 year update from FBI

The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward as they continue to search for a Texas woman accused of killing her 6-year-old son. Cindy Rodriguez-Singh is charged with capital murder in connection to the death of her son Noel Rodriguez Alvarez.
