Sudiksha Konanki: Latest on missing student

There's still no word on the remain of missing University of Pittsburgh college student Sudiksha Konanki who vanished while on spring break in the Dominican Republic. Her parents now believe she drowned. FOX's Bill Melugin has the latest.
