Reaction to Trump's tariff announcement

President Trump announced his sweeping tariff plan and a day later, U.S. stocks lost more than $2 trillion in value. Global markets are also feeling it with some world leaders calling for negotiations while others are vowing retaliation. FOX's Alexandria Hoff reports.
