Local reaction to Texas cutting off Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission's Office of the Inspector General sent out a letter today which says: they're cutting funding because Planned Parenthood is potentially "liable, directly or by affiliation, for a series of serious Medicaid program violations."
