Man accused of shooting & killing teen speaks out

For the first time since his arrest, the man accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Devonte Ortiz is telling his side of the story publicly. Jason Roche says he shot Ortiz over a fireworks dispute but that it was in self defense. FOX 7 Austin's Bridget Spencer has more.
