Manchaca Road officially renamed Menchaca Road

Manchaca is now officially Menchaca. Austin City Council approved a resolution to change the street's name in 10/2018 but it wasn't able to take effect until a lawsuit was recently dismissed. The corrected spelling is to properly honor the street's original namesake, Jose Antonio Menchaca.
