Man arrested for human trafficking in Austin area after SWAT standoff

Cortez Johnson, who had been previously arrested for human trafficking in Harris County and Louisiana, is accused of doing the same in the Austin area. He allegedly prostituted four women out of a South Austin Days Inn.
