Change Makers: Manor Commissioner Isaac Rowe

Statistics show that right now at least 65% of black families live single parent households and the Census Bureau says that many children live without a dad at home. That's what happened to Isaac Rowe but he says he's turning his pain into purpose and helping teach other black men how to be good fathers.
