D.A. Margaret Moore will not present evidence for Javier Ambler, Mike Ramos

Travis County Ditrcit Attorney Margaret Moore announce that she will not present evidence to a special grand jury regarding the in-custody death of Javier Ambler nor the officer-involved shooting death of Mike Ramos.
