Austin's Office of Police Oversight concerned over handling of protest complaints

Concerns have been raised by Austin's Office of Police Oversight about how the Austin Police Department's Internal Affairs is handling hundreds of complaints from protesters. It has asked APD to investigate more than 200 complaints submitted against officers related to the protests in the summer of 2020.
