WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas - A criminal complaint has been filed against a Williamson County judge for allegedly breaking the stay home order that was issued.
Lawyer Robert McCabe stated in his complaint that Judge Bill Gravell not only violated the order to visit his grandson's birthday party last week but used county resources to do so. The complaint also claims the judge wore firefighter gear from the Jarrell Fire Department to the party and that he had a sheriff deputy drive him.
FOX 7 Austin reached out to the Williamson County District Attorney, Shawn Dick, who confirmed Judge Gravell reached out to him in order to contact McCabe last week but didn't know what for. They ended up having a three-way call which the complaint states was about the incident.
