Former Killeen ISD Teacher arrested for indecency with a child

AUSTIN, Texas - A former teacher at the Killeen ISD has been arrested, according to officials.
The teacher is being investigated for indecency with a child that happened outside of the Killeen ISD. No Killeen ISD student or campus is involved in the alleged criminal act.
The educator was put on leave once the allegations became public and the district began their own investigation. The teacher taught at Harker Heights High school and has since been terminated.
The case remains under investigation.
