FOX 7 Discussion: Adult Protective Services sees turnaround in caseworker turnover rate

AUSTIN, Texas - High caseloads and high caseworker turnover has hurt Adult Protective Services, which includes the elderly and vulnerable adults it helps out.

Now, APS appears to be turning a corner as the caseworker turnover rate has dropped about five percent from 2018 to 2019 and is expected to be even lower this fiscal year.
