FOX 7 Discussion: Downtown Austin Alliance on vision to transform I-35

AUSTIN, Texas - The Texas Department of Transportation has plans in motion to try and transform I-35.

The vision includes putting the interstate underground between Airport Boulevard and Cesar Chavez in downtown and central Austin.
