FOX 7 Discussion: Progress Texas Democratic poll shows Biden, Sanders tied in Texas

AUSTIN, Texas - Progress Texas has released its statewide Democratic poll results.

This is the first poll they've taken since the Nevada caucuses and they say the results show Texans are looking for candidates who stand for something in the Democratic primary as opposed to just being against President Donald Trump.

In the poll, former vice president Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders sit at 24 percent each, former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg is at 17 percent, Sen. Elizabeth Warren is at 14 percent, Mayor Pete Buttigieg is at 10 percent, Sen. Amy Klobuchar sits at four percent and Rep. Tulsi Gabbard and billionaire Tom Steyer are polling at one percent each. Five percent of those polled say someone else or are undecided.
