AUSTIN, Texas - Clusters of COVID-19 have been showing up at nursing homes across Central Texas.
Gov. Greg Abbott's plan to reopen Texas increases the response to protect these vulnerable populations, but now 63 state legislators, about seven Republicans and the rest Democrats, have signed a letter calling for more protections.
