FOX 7 Discussion: Texas primary runoff election

AUSTIN, Texas - Tuesday was the primary runoff election day in Texas, which is struggling right now to contain a coronavirus outbreak.

The election was originally supposed to happen back in May, but was postponed due to the outbreak.
