Drone captures rare footage of tuna, dolphins, and humpback whales feasting off New York's Fire Island
NEW YORK - An incredible sight played out in the waters of New York City after a drone operator captured footage of tuna, dolphins, and humpback whales swimming together.
The fascinating sight took place off New York's Fire Island.
Nature photographer Michael Busch captured the aerial footage, telling Storyful that "the dolphins were swimming right in front of the whales, and appeared to lead them to the [bait fish]."

He added that the humpback whales "lunged out of the water together three different times, gobbling up tons of bait" and that the fish being feasted on were Atlantic menhaden, also known as bunker fish.
