Two arrested in connection with robbery, death of man in Killeen

KILLEEN, Texas - Two people have been arrested in connection with the robbery and shooting death of a man in Killeen last week.

Breez Breann Collier, 24, of Harker Heights and Jessica Helen Hampton, 18, of Killeen have been charged with murder.

According to the Killeen Police Department, Collier and Hampton agreed to meet with 24-year-old Shareef Raekwon Ali-Barnett. Collier and Hampton planned and worked together to rob Ali-Barnett, who was shot and killed during the robbery.

KPD says forensic evidence and surveillance video corroborated witness statements of the crime.

Collier and Hampton were arrested in Killeen on outstanding warrants and possession of a controlled substance. They were later charged with murder on June 21.

Bond has been set at $1,000,000. Both are currently in the Bell County Jail.
