Two dead, three injured in Killeen vehicle collision
KILLEEN, Texas - Two people are dead and another three are injured following a Saturday afternoon crash in Killeen.
At approximately 3:45 p.m. officers with the Killen Police Department responded to the intersection of State Highway 195 and FM 2484 in response to reports of a major crash.
Police say that a black 2009 Dodge Ram pick-up truck and a tan 2001 Toyota Sienna Van collided.

An investigation revealed that the Toyota was stopped at a stop sign facing westbound on FM 2484 attempting to turn left onto SH 195. The Dodge was traveling northbound on SH 195 in the inside lane approaching the intersection, when the driver of the Toyota failed to yield-right of way-stop sign to the Dodge and entered the intersection, causing the Dodge to strike the left side of the Toyota.
Police say the Dodge was occupied by a driver and a front-seat passenger, both of which were treated at the scene.

The Toyota was occupied by a driver, front-seat passenger, and rear passenger. The driver of Toyota, Amanda Dawn Dixon Willaims, 40, and the rear passenger, Katie Marie Burch, 15, were produced deceased at 4:40 p.m. The front seat passenger of the Toyota was transported to Baylor Scott and White in stable condition.
The Killeen Police Department Traffic Unit continues to investigate the crash.
