The son of a Bucee's co-founder is facing a new felony charge after investigators reportedly found child sexual assault material, or CSAM, on a device they seized from his Spicewood home in 2023.

The body was recovered when the Pedernales Fire Department was able to locate it with sonar, according to TCSO.

Around 2 p.m. on January 15, the Burnet County Sheriff's Office responded to the Spicewood Square Chevron convenience store located at 10115 E. SH 71 for a reported shooting incident. 

Officials are expected to release more information about their investigation into a deadly shooting in Spicewood.

Marshall Willard Brown, 43, of Spicewood, was wanted for a parole violation, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm.
