The debate continues over school vouchers in Texas

Gov. Greg Abbott has made school vouchers one of his highest priorities this legislative session. The Texas chapter of the American Federation of Teachers says it seems to be a code word for a tax break for the upper middle class and wealthiest Texans who are sending their kids to private schools.
