More than 40 days have passed since Garrett Foster was fatally shot at a Black Lives Matter protest in downtown Austin and the man who shot him, Sgt. Daniel Perry, remains free. Whether that is just remains the point of controversy and is at the center of an investigation. FOX 7 Austin's Shannon Ryan has more.
