Davidson was accused of breaking into the laundry room of a community building at St. Edward's University in October 2019 and stealing underwear from female student athletes. The release says witnesses saw him several times in and around the laundry room and a student caught him climbing through the laundry room window and took pictures of him that she turned over to the university police department.

Another student saw Davidson in his car and gave the license plate number to campus police who caught Davidson with piles of underwear in his car, says the release.
